We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Kempten to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Providing support and advice to our customers
Selling our products over the phone
Planning and implementing measures to maintain and retain our existing customer base
Calculating and creating offers
Managing orders and ensuring quality control
Maintaining customer data and keeping it up to date
Establishing new customer relationships
Developing and implementing sales concepts and strategies
