    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a real drive and dedication. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our current base of 2,000 clients, attracting new business through referrals and leads, and leading a small team through the same tasks.

    As you become an expert in our processes and systems, you will also step into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average. Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Oversee team activities and results
    • Train and guide new team members on current systems
    • Report daily field activities using our CRM software
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Top-notch organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Comfortable in fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments
    • Passionate about assisting others and building connections
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active community involvement
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Must have a clean background check and reliable transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential progression
