    Job DescriptionGrowing food production facility located in North Las Vegas has immediate openings for experienced
    Production Maintenance Technicians to add to our team. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits Interviewing immediately


    2 openings:
    Morning shift 7am-3:30pm - Monday-Friday

    Afternoon shift 2pm -10pm or 3pm-11pm- Monday-Friday

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Overtime available on both shifts.


    SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

    • Will install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment
    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production shift as well as scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service and downtimes.
    • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
    • Utilize mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
    • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
    Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as needed


    • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
    • Occasionally may perform a variety of plumbing maintenance
    • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
    • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
    • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
    • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
    • Mechanically inclined
    • Experience using power tools and hand tools
    • Previous experience in a food production environment is a plus

    Salary $ $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
