    Description
    American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Indigo at Sunset Park, our 239 unit residential community located in Las, Vegas, NV
    At American Landmark, we believe in you and the development of your career. Due to our strong training and mentorship programs, each new AL team member is set up for success.

    Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc.

    You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

    We have a new bonus structure All Maintenance team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime.

    ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

    Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
    Tracking inventory used
    Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs
    Prior experience in multi-family housing
    Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
    Comprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability
