    We are looking for an individual with exceptional Maintenance skills to join us as a full-time Maintenance Technician at six of our apartment complexes in Las Vegas, NV.

    Successful Maintenance Technicians come from diverse backgrounds, including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hospitality, and recent technical school graduates.

    In this role, you must possess comprehensive knowledge of maintenance repair and service, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and offer excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include addressing maintenance problems, communicating with residents and office staff, and handling routine appliance and building maintenance tasks. Some after-hours emergency response is expected.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in the maintenance team. Your duties will involve inspecting, identifying issues, and carrying out routine repairs in the following areas:

    • Appliances
    • Air Conditioning
    • Heating
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Other building maintenance tasks

    Additionally, Technicians will oversee budgeting and key management responsibilities. Your interaction with residents will be consistent as you analyze and resolve issues promptly, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal Apartment Maintenance Technician must have experience in apartment or residential maintenance, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit professionalism. Other requirements include:

    • Proficiency and effectiveness in all maintenance operations
    • Ability to engage in sustained physical labor
    • Availability for overtime, holiday, and weekend shifts
    • On-call availability
    • Ownership of essential hand tools
    • Capability to work in adverse weather conditions
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Background checks are mandatory for employment
