- Specify, design, iterate and validate innovative feature design in the propulsion, thermal, mechanical and embedded controls domains
- Systematize and automate Light Vehicle propulsion customer requirement decomposition, performance assessment and propulsion matching optimization
- Benchmark competitive Tier 1 and customer OEM propulsion systems for performance, efficiency, gear ratio, load carrying, and novel intellectual property innovations
- Lead system issue documentation and resolution management during design, development and validation phases
- Lead colleagues with and without formal authority
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 10 years' work experience in an automotive environment
- Progressive assignments within Light, Commercial or Off Highway vehicle development, vehicle validation or functional sciences engineering including both technical and managerial strengths
- Experience with and passion for high performance or off road vehicles
