Description
Farmington Success in Series

Nothing runs without electronics:
Intelligent controls ensure diverse functions and precise processes in small devices as well as complex production systems. Automation engineers are the electronics specialists for series production. They guarantee trouble-free operation. In automated manufacturing, they are responsible for assembly, adjustment, testing, and commissioning of processor-controlled production facilities. They train users in operating the systems and take on the commissioning and maintenance of the equipment.

Innovative Training

After basic training, it's all about the details.

You will learn, for example, how to assemble and wire electromechanical and electrical devices, how to test machines for functionality, or how to commission entire assemblies or functionally defined parts of systems.

In the specialized and production areas, you will gain experience with automated production facilities. You will also become familiar with devices in digital, control, and regulation technology, as well as pneumatics.

Focus on Your Skills

The motto is learning by doing. This promotes personal qualifications such as customer orientation, responsibility, independence, communication skills, and teamwork. You will not only acquire the basics for your job in vocational school.

In the company, you will be taught topics such as electrical engineering/electronics, pneumatics/electropneumatics, programmable logic controllers, measurement and control technology, or robotics using real-life examples and situations.

What You Should Bring

You should have a passion for technology and be able to demonstrate manual dexterity, good grades in math and physics.
