    EAG has intentions to secure a full or controlling interest in a 14 CFR Part 121 air carrier, and if successful this position will likely transition to a reporting structure under the CEO of the air carrier.     Summary of Position-

    EAG has secured an exclusive selling arrangement for a growing fleet of 757 aircraft. The Vice President of Charter Sales is responsible for selling these aircraft and supporting all 14 CFR Part 121 charter activities. This position acts as a strategic partner to Operations to ensure all service and operational components are established, verified and successfully executed, and works strategically with the executive team for fleet planning and utilization.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

    • Develop, implement and document standard operating practices to support Part 121 charter sales activity.
    • Develop relationships in the Part 121 charter market, driving awareness and business development for EAG, its aircraft and brands.
    • Act as a strategic and functional partner, supporting the Part 121 retail efforts of Private Jet Services (PJS) and wholesale efforts of Elevate Jet.
    • Establish performance metrics to meet business expectations and drive profitable growth for Part 121.
    • Refine pricing logic and models to ensure timely and competitive quoting, securing profitable charter activity and maximizing asset ROI.
    • In partnership with IT, refine our systems for storing and aggregating our knowledge of business partners, airport, aircraft, and associated competitive /pricing data.
    • Thoroughly document service requirements and coordinate with flight operations.
    • Ensure that the team performs coordination of services for contracted trips, including communication of flight operations, brokered operators, and vendors through audit controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure proper day-of-operation communications with clients(s), including times outside of normal business hours.
    • Analyze schedules for fleet optimization/utilization.
    • Develop strong understanding of factors influencing charter and market pricing, including seasonality, competition, demand, aircraft capabilities, operating costs and sales channel.
    • Utilize industry experience to suggest improvements to sales, marketing, customer service and other business functions.
    • Record and report all work in company management applications.
    Requirements:

    Education & Experience-

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 10 years' commercial and operational experience.
    • Experience of 10+ years with driving revenue and profitable growth through sound operating and selling practices.
    • Solid ability to use standard office productivity software and aviation related systems.
    • Legal right to work permanently in the United States

    Schedule & Travel-

    • This is a remote office-based job, which may/will include weekend and evening hours as required/needed, and frequent work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week, in support of the operational and service demands associated with the assigned aircraft.
    • Ability to travel as required up to 20%, in support of the client, industry events, prospect and client meetings, and general needs.
