- Follows all safety processes and procedures in accordance with the job and company policy.
- Understands and follows all quality procedures.
- Inspects parts for 1st piece, receiving, finals, and in-process Quality inspections.
- Completes First Article Inspection reports and capability study measurements.
- Develops inspection programs on the CMM/Vision system/Faro arm/Virtek.
- Supports Quality Engineering with quality documents: FAIR template setup, PPAP documents, certifications, capability study reports, etc.
- Supports Engineering with creating manufacturing process control documents and quality plans using SolidWorks.
- Assists in disposition products with quality issues, creating NCMRs, and setting up rework operations.
- Full Time - 40 hours per week

We are looking for individuals that performs part inspections at all phases of production. Supports Quality Engineering and Engineering with creating documentation for new product. Develops inspection programs for CMM inspection.
Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Associates degree (A.A.) preferred.
ASQ Certification preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
3-5 years related experience or training.
