- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization, handling issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Perform installations, imaging, and setup for new systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards and user needs.
- Manage Moves, Adds, Changes, efficiently adapting systems and setups to evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate new user setup, including account creation, email configuration, and software installation within the Office 365 suite.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing handson support and guidance to users.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of assets and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem, to suggest and implement improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role, preferably in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Windows OS, and desktop/laptop hardware.
- Experience with system imaging and deployment tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and support to nontechnical users.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
