Job Purpose:
To support our courier drivers while on the road and help facilitate the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all resources available.

Schedule:

• 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
  
• Some overtime and some holidays
• Fully Onsite
  

Pay:

• $21-23/hr
  
• Biweekly pay
  

Duties:

• Provide logistical and operational support to contractors
  
• Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  
• Assist in dispatching jobs to independent contractors
  
• Verify order delivery
  
• Miscellaneous office tasks (filing, data entry, report composition, special projects)
  
• Explore opportunities for improvement in all assigned tasks
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment
  
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
  
• Ability to give clear and concise instructions via written and verbal mediums
  
• Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment
  
• Thrives in fast pace work environment
  
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day
  
• Capable of performing light warehouse duties as needed
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  
• Availability to work overtime including some evenings and weekends
  
• High School Diploma or GED
