Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 11am-8pm Arizona time (8am-5pm PST)
Pay: $21/hour

As the Technical Customer Support Technician you will be answering incoming support calls from internal and external customers to help Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a Service Desk/Call Center environment. Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
