- Provides various administrative support across team.
- Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy.
- Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project or program (internal and external).
- Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings.
- Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
- Issue vendor POs, as needed.
- Monitor services property pool and assignment of task.
- Complete No Zoning and No permit letters and determinations.
- Perform site assessments and customer scrubs
- Lead database updates to ensure data is evergreen.
- Support permit extensions, permit renewals, and/or GC name changes.
- Compliance with Crown Castle's financial policies especially for payment to municipalities,
- Consultants and vendors including Checkbook, Accounts Payable, and Credit card policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- A minimum of one (1) or more years in a telecom industry with project coordination and/or administration experience
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills
- Strong software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary
This position will support the Service Delivery team with assigned projects and/or any of the following as assigned: correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines; provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday.
