    Operations **Senior IT Service Delivery Manager**

    ** Your Tasks**

    Impressing your contact persons at top manufacturers in the IT industry and enabling IT services at the most extreme places in the world is what pushes you forward. Agile processes and permanently changing tasks within different projects help complete your job description:

    Transition management for new service setup for break fix services.

    Optimizing performance and delivering on-project milestones.

    Have primary responsibility for implementing all requirements of the customer contract, defining, planning, tracking and managing the assigned project successfully.

    Serve as the head point of contact for the operational customer contacts and to be the focal point for all operational issues relevant to each project.

    You will plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic).

    You will be responsible for the compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) within your projects, recognize optimization requirements in processes/services and initiate the necessary steps.

    You will be the connection between customers and your employees (project team, technicians).

    Know your Statement of Work better than anyone else-know every detail of your process.

    Constant communication with your SDMs, whether daily or weekly.

    Define your WIG (wildly important goals) for your team and keep track of them in your Aid Log.

    Check every customer invoice and every change request personally before submission.

    Check your productivity reports every day and take measures if targets are not met.

    Check your KPI Achievement every day and take measures if targets are not met.

    Check each incoming invoice as accurately as if you had to pay it personally.

    Monitor your cost centers and question each cost item.

    Take measures continuously to improve your local CM2, even if your target has already been met.

    Communicate with your customer at least once a week and continue building the relationship with the customer, management team and staff.

    ** Our Requirements**

    Bachelors Degree with MBA or equivalent qualification.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Willingness to travel within USA up to 25%.

    Strong business acumen.

    Be comfortable sharing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement and efficiency as well as ensuring successful resolution to problems and issues.

    Possess urgency and accountability while taking responsibility for exciting projects with diverse challenges.

    Need to be able to handle large amounts of responsibility while fostering teamwork and ability to develop and mentor subordinates.

    Think and act like an entrepreneur and able to make decisions and assume accountability.

    Background in Project Management or Account Management a plus

    5+ years Leadership Experience with IT Service Delivery Management.

    Experience interfacing with C-Level Executives required.

    Leadership and core business/interpersonal skills.

    Prior Project Management experience.

    Ability to establish relationships with Business Teams.

    Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

    Familiar with common metrics used in the IT industry.
