    Job Title: Senior Project Engineer - Commissioning Coordinator

    Job Description:

    The Senior Project Engineer - Commissioning Coordinator (CxC) will oversee the commissioning process for our commercial construction projects. This role involves ensuring all building systems meet operational requirements, from design to completion.

    • Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
    • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to establish goals.
    • Manage and oversee commissioning activities for compliance and performance testing.
    • Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process.
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports.
    • Ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of construction project experience.
    • Formal Commissioning (Cx) credentials from recognized organizations.
    • Experience with construction technologies is a plus.

    Physical Demands:

    The role involves computer work, outdoor inspections, and moving equipment on-site.
