    Description

    Job Title: Civil Project Engineer - Transportation

    Location: Dallas, Texas

    Compensation: $80-110k Base Salary + Profit Sharing (Up to $40k yearly)

    Job Description:

    I am currently partnered with a reputable, rapidly growing Civil Engineering Firm that is seeking a talented Civil Project Engineer with a background in transportation design projects. This role will consist of the design of municipal projects including streets and roadways, drainage, sidewalks, round-a-bouts, and hike and bike trails.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide industry-leading solutions.
    • Contribute to the design and development of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
    • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D, to produce accurate and detailed engineering drawings.
    • Mentoring and developing other team members and junior level staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, but not required for E.I.T. candidates.
    • 3-6 years of experience in transportation or land development design projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
