    Description

    High level BA JD:

    • Interprets Takeda's SDLC to help various stakeholders, collaborate effectively during the entire journey including identification of opportunities
    • Process and decompose internal customer requirements into specifications and smaller blocks like user stories.
    • Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
    • Provides continuous updates to stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery.
    • Communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner.
    • Possesses in-depth knowledge of analysis methodologies and its capabilities, forms the bridge between the business, testing, validation, and development during successful delivery of projects.
    • Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
    • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
    • 10+ years of experience in a business analysis area or similar.
    • 6+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
