Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute handson data migration and business data analysis, ensuring the integration of diverse financial and statistical systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic data mapping and cataloging to enhance business intelligence and reporting capabilities, maintaining high data standards and consistency across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Business Intelligence, Claims Operations, Reinsurance Services, and Quality Review, to document and uphold best practices in data transformation.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and address data quality issues and challenges during data migration and process implementation, escalating as necessary and minimizing redundancy through vigilant project oversight to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support management in the adoption of process enhancements to streamline workflow, enhance the transmission of regulatory reports, and improve overall operational efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls.
  • Anticipate and understand the broader impact of changes in project scope or requirements.
  • Effectively communicate technical activities and objectives to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Design and develop comprehensive business process requirements and workflow procedures, as needed.
  • Facilitate coordination and provide support to project teams during the implementation of new processes or procedures.
  • Monitor project timelines, track activities, and resolve problems to ensure project success.

Requirements:


  • Indepth knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and operational landscapes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing largescale data migration projects.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA; Power Query proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and Data Warehouse methodologies.
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to analyze, define, and develop business requirements and workflow processes, including ITrelated needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel or database tool skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and capable of independently analyzing complex business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a collaborative and teamoriented approach.
