Under direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II), the Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I), provides comprehensive support services to internal and external California Department of Technology (CDT) customers in areas including but not limited to Process analysis and improvement, metrics & dashboard reporting, Testing, coordination with service areas, and continuous improvement of service management delivery and ITSM processes.

ITSM/ITIL certificationExperience in Reporting, Visualization, Data analytics, Big Data and business intelligence tools.
Experience in ServiceNow performance analytics and/or business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Power Views, Power Query, Advanced Excel, VBA, and reporting toolsExperience GenAI preferred.
