E-commerce and Data Specialist - Rancho Cordova, United States - Custom Home Accessories

Job Summary:

QualArc, an industry leader in the mailbox and home signage marketplace, seeks to add an E-commerce Data / Customer Service specialist to our Rancho Cordova Corporate Office.

In this role, you will work to improve the data we supply our Internet Distributors, monitor their websites for errors, engage with the distributors to build on our relationship and product offering to them.

Manage product listings and pricing on various e-commerce platforms Additional duties, customer service and order entry duties will be added to the position as needed.

The position offers many areas to grow with us. This is an in-person position.


Requirements:

Ease working on the computer and Internet

Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of programs

Experience managing and manipulating data

Prior in-person office work experience

Attention to detail


Desired Experience:
Prior experience in similar work with distributors such as Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair & Bellacor.

Prior database and spreadsheet maintenance experience

Ability to write creatively for item descriptions and product features

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
