    If you're a seasoned Manufacturing Customer Success Manager with over 3 years of experience, specializing in customer service within the manufacturing or production industries, we're eager to connect with you

    As a Manufacturing Customer Success Manager, you will join a team dedicated to serving the aerospace sector with ground-breaking equipment support development for over 55 years.

    Manufacturing Customer Success Manager Job Duties:

    • Direct and develop a team of 6; engineer technicians and customer service administrative
    • Collaborate with engineering technicians for equipment repairs and servicing
    • Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relations
    • Professional communication, verbal and written
    • Problem solving, ability to resolve short and long term issues
    • Financial budgeting and reporting

    To be successful in this role the ideal candidate has proven leadership, manufacturing acumen, developer of people, and a passion for customer service.


    Schedule:
    Monday- Friday, Day Shift (fully onsite)
    *travel 1-2 times per year

    Manufacturing Customer Success Manager Job Requirement**s:

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Management
    * 3+ years of management experience within manufacturing or production
    * 2+ years experience in customer service roles or account management

    • Experience developing teams, and achieving KPI's
    • Computer proficiency with MS Office suites, excel, SAP
    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    Pay:
    $85,000 - $95,000 per year, plus annual bonus
