    Our client is hiring a Customer Success Manager for an end-to-end cloud-based software solution that has revolutionized last-mile courier operations.

    With over two decades of serving the logistics industry, this innovative courier software has recently joined the prestigious portfolio of a renowned venture capital firm specializing in successful SaaS companies.

    Backed by substantial funding, our client has prioritized the development of the next-generation product, and you could be a crucial part of its success.

    As a growth-minded CSM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class customer experience.

    Your responsibilities will include driving retention and expansion, guiding customers through onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, spearheading communications regarding product releases, and fostering adoption and positive Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
