**Description**

Wastequip is recruiting for a Customer Service Rep / Inside Parts Sales role to support the Fontana, CA Location for our ConFab brand. This is a full time position with great benefits including but not limited to Health Insurance, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation/Sick time, and so much more. The ideal Candidate should be able to provide parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter and or over the phone.

**Responsibilities**

Provides parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.

Drive parts sales via customer calls and periodic check in with assigned clients.

Uses parts knowledge to assist other Wastequip team members answer questions for customers.

Enters customer orders accurately in the system.

Provides outstanding customer care and interactions with internal and external customers.

Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns.

Partners with other Wastequip sites to provide support in shipping necessary parts .

Maintains a safe working environment.

Creates and edits documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce

Tracks and maintains open back orders.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

4-5 years of customer service experience in a parts sales environment desired.

2-3 years experience doing routine cold calls to potential customers for business development purposes desired.

Strong relationship building and customer service skills.

Ability to conduct business in a professional manner with both internal and external customers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce
