Your Profile - What do you bring?

You have experience in the field of telephone service (call center)
Good with people and enjoy making phone calls
Customer orientation and helpfulness
A confident and calm demeanor
Technical understanding/interest in the automotive sector (all necessary knowledge will also be taught and deepened during training)
Knowledge of common MS Office applications
Fluent in German, both spoken and written
Good English skills at a B1 level
Additional European language skills are also welcome
