We are looking for talented individuals who can provide customer service and support over the phone in Gays Mills, WI.


We, Concepta OWL GmbH, have been one of the customer service centers for the Otto Group for over 20 years.

To expand our team, with a diverse background, we are currently looking for:


Your responsibilities:

  • You will assist
    OTTO customers in inbound calls
  • You will professionally and warmly take their phone orders
  • You will offer attractive additional products to customers (crossselling), no sales conversations, no pressure to sell, every call is customerdriven
  • You will answer customer inquiries, provide product advice, and handle cancellations
  • Customer satisfaction is a top priority for you

Your profile:

  • You are at least 18 years old, there is no upper age limit
  • You can support us from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, according to your individually agreed working hours
  • You enjoy helping customers and facing challenges
  • You are proficient in using a PC and the internet
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You have a careful and precise work ethic
  • You are highly motivated and organized
