- Client Experience - Interacting with prospects and clients to provide a world-class experience. This involves welcoming clients to our offices in addition to welcoming prospects at locally hosted seminars and other marketing events. Additionally, this aspect of the role provides updates to our CRM and scheduling systems and processes that provide seamless communication and planning for our client-advisor interactions.
- Financial Advisor Support - Acting as a coordinator between our Advisors, Clients, and our Client Service Team, these responsibilities assist two to three local Financial Advisors in coordinating their duties. A level of financial services paraplanning and subject knowledge is desired.
- Facilities Management – oversee the world-class upkeep of our office by working with third parties our in-house facilities manager, and third parties such as property management, our cleaning staff, and suppliers through keeping inventory and ordering of needed supplies.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, or the equivalent.
- Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) – strongly desired, or to be earned within 3 months of commencement. Company will sponsor the coursework for selected candidates.
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in digital technology, including Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint) , Salesforce, Calendly, and SMS on iOS devices.
