We are looking for a dynamic and competent HR clerk in full-time for a long-term position as part of direct placement. Your responsibilities

Thoroughly creating monthly payroll
Preparing and managing timekeeping
Handling administrative tasks such as employment contracts, personnel file management, and reference letter creation
Acting as a point of contact for managers and employees
Communicating with insurance companies and authorities

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have additional training as a personnel specialist
Alternatively, you have completed a business administration degree
Experience in HR and payroll processing
Proficient in MS Office applications
Independent work style and strong communication skills
