    Property Manager

    Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with the Director & Project Manager to maintain portfolio properties by addressing tenant issues, initiating repair requests, and enforcing lease provisions.
    • Handling invoices, tenant statements, bookkeeping, and basic accounting functions.
    • Visiting properties as directed to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs from bidding process through completion.
    • Utilizing property management systems for document and report preparation.
    • Serving as a liaison between tenants, management, and ownership.
    • Monitoring rent rolls, renewals, lease provisions, and general reporting requirements of the portfolio.
    • Acting as the primary vendor and service contract point of contact for nonlocal property management services.
    • Tracking and approving vendor and service agreement invoices.
    • Maintaining thorough knowledge of all property management documents and operating properties accordingly.
    • Handling monthly rent collection efforts and enforcing late payment chargebacks.
    • Coordinating tenant improvement, demise, and repair efforts with onsite property management and maintenance teams.


    What you need to succeed:

    • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
    • Experience with Rent Manager is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in handling invoices, bookkeeping, and basic accounting functions.
    • Familiarity with property management systems and procedures.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
