    What you will be doing as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

    • Perform various accounting tasks related to accounts payable, provides support to accounting staff, and performs other related work as necessary.
    • Monitor central email box for incoming invoices and disperse to the accurate AP Specialist.
    • Assist with weekly settlement checks
    • Interact with internal and external customers in a professional, mature and friendly manner at all time on the phone, in person and in correspondence.

    What you will need as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

    • High School Degree.
    • Previous Accounting experience preferred.
    • Microsoft Outlook experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong administrative/clerical skills.
