Our office located in Cincinnati, OH has an immediate need for an experienced, detail-oriented, Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Midwest Region in carrying out basic Accounts Payable duties. Exhibiting a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, the bright, assertive professional we select will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers. This dependable self-starter will meet with current and potential customers to evaluate their homes and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems or components.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcoming incoming sales inquiries with genuine interest and appreciation.
    • Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance.
    • Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.
    • Meet with customers and providing solutions to a wide variety of HVAC needs.
    • Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
    • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
    • Work closely with office and installation team to ensure efficient and smooth process through completion.
    • Develop key relationships, negotiate, and close projects
    • Be the primary contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction.
    • Answer questions and educate potential customer on the steps required to add products to their home.
    • Keep detail records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in business software.
    • Create sale proposals that are accurate and complete, that can easily be transferred to the installation team.

    Qualifications:

    • Three or more years of proven success in outside sales
    • In-home sales experience
    • Strong sales, follow-up, closing and organizational skills
    • The ability to self-generate sales leads
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives
    • Three years of HVAC Sales or in-home sales experience-Preferred
    • A mechanical and technical aptitude
    • Goal-driven
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks and assignments
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Warm, friendly, and can connect quickly and deeply with a variety of personality types
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Ability to work evenings and weekends
    • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency-Preferred

    Physical Demands

    • The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
    • Regularly required to use hands, finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
    • Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
    • Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
    • Required concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
    • Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
    • Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
    • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
    • May work in closed or cramped space on occasion
