    About The Role:

    The Account Management Specialist role is pivotal within the Sales Operations team, focusing on efficient Consignment Management practices, including the Flash and MSL programs. Serving as the primary liaison for sales representatives, this role involves in-depth analysis, reporting support, and collaboration with Sales Ops Field Support to streamline field-derived information.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Consignment Management:

    • Align inventory needs with Field Sales Agents and Customers to implement Permanent Consignment Contracts.
    • Oversee consignment inventory, including Flash and MSLs.
    • Ensure accurate stock levels in collaboration with sales representatives.
    • Coordinate Consignment stock usage with Sales Ops Field Support.
    • Provide reports and analyses on customer usage and ordering trends.

    Sales Representative Support:

    • Act as the primary contact for sales reps, assisting with inquiries, product pricing, and data analysis.
    • Offer educational support on programs, products, and processes for Sales Reps and new Account Managers.
    • Assist in navigating operational challenges and provide solutions in a timely manner.
    • Deliver reporting and analysis on customer ordering activity and pricing.

    Information Management and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Sales Ops Field Support to effectively utilize field-derived information.
    • Facilitate streamlined information flow between field operations and the central office.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with documentation, reporting, and data entry related to consignment management.
    • Ensure accurate records and coordination with internal teams.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales support roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of consignment management processes and FSLs.
    • Effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
    • Experience with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
    • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
    • Adaptability to changing operational environments.
    • Customer-centric mindset and strong team player.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellence in task execution.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
