    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate business by acquiring new customers and expanding sales with existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for taking leads, developing a sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers in the designated territory to expand the company's customer base.

    2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions.

    3. Present and promote company's Products and range of building materials to architects, contractors, builders, and various building industry professionals.

    4. Identify customer requirements, present appropriate product options, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements.

    5. Provide accurate, timely, and detailed quotes, proposals, and product information to customers.

    6. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and generate repeat business.

    7. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry knowledge to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.

    8. Collaborate with internal departments, including customer service, operations, and purchasing, to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.

    9. Attain and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities, utilizing CRM tools, and maintaining accurate sales reports.

    10. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.

    2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.

    4. Ability to understand customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and close sales agreements.

    5. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and developing a sales pipeline.

    6. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term customer relationships.

    7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.

    8. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    9. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

    10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory to meet customers and attend industry events.
