    Description
    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote product/service advantages to customers.
    • Create customer quotes and technical details.
    • Handle orders via phone, email, or in person.
    • Skillfully resolve customer concerns.
    • Input new customer info and update accounts in CRM.
    • Foster internal communication using CRM, calls, or in-person meetings.
    • Coordinate customer orders with various departments.
    • Arrange schedules and support customer visits.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in marketing activities when needed.
    • Perform other assigned tasks.
    Required Experience

    • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
    • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in field or manufacturing preferred.
    • Familiarity with Coiled Tubing equipment is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Solidworks is advantageous.
