    Title:HR Business Partner (In-office)
    Location:Birmingham, AL
    Salary:$80-$90k

    Vaco is working with a Birmingham-based company, with aggressive plans for growth, to identify a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will work hand-in-hand with executive management to develop, implement and execute HR initiatives at all levels of the company as well as special projects.

    The incumbent HR Business Partner will be someone who is very agile and comfortable creating or overhauling processes. This a HUGE opportunity for someone ambitious, energetic and hard working. Additionally, this person will be self-managed and will be able to blaze their own trail.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with management team to craft the company's vision and mission
    • Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
    • Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR executives
    • Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
    • Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations
    • Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations andbest practices
    • Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, multi-location experience preferred
    • Prior experience in Recruiting, Employee Retention, Benefit Management, Associate Relations, Training, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university; PHR or other HR Certification preferred
