- Will support the deal team in organizing diligence requirements, exhibits, QA logs and other critical deal information
- Ensure that critical tasks are completed on time and responsible for following up with our partners to get critical documentation in a timely manner
- Responsible for running high-level financial models
- Responsible for maintaining closing timelines, diligence lists and organizing the deal teams to successfully close projects on schedule
- Maintain knowledge of solar economic market trends, local market policies, general industry costs and key industry players
- Organize and keep track of all project closing efforts
- Attend trade shows (1-2 per year)
- Travel to meet with partners during the deal, as needed
- Support forecasting activities and opportunity tracking activities in

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential project opportunities and assess market trends, competition, and risks.
- Project Identification: Collaborate with internal teams to define acquisition criteria and identify projects that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, legal reviews, and operational assessments, to evaluate the viability and risks associated with potential projects.
- Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models to analyze the financial feasibility and potential return on investment of prospective acquisitions.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with project stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with the company's objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to facilitate the acquisition process and ensure seamless integration of new projects.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all documentation related to project acquisitions, including letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other contractual documents.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and potential acquisition targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of acquisition initiatives, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.
- Bachelor's degree AND 1-2 years of solar or renewable energy experience
