We work in a heterogeneous environment with Windows workstations, Microsoft servers, and virtualized systems.

To optimize our processes and ensure high data quality in customer data management, we are looking for you for a permanent position starting immediately and in full-time. The position is intended as a staff position and reports directly to the management.

Your Responsibilities

Professionalization of data management in coordination with interface departments
Definition of a company-wide strategy for continuous improvement of customer knowledge and its use
Coordinating and/or executing updates to essential data
Central design of customer data models in knk Verlag and their further development
Organization, support, and consultation on data acquisition and processing/enrichment
Conducting data analyses and deriving recommendations for project groups, departments, and management
Ensuring efficient and effective use of relevant systems, as well as analysis, tracking, and monitoring tools
