- Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and sensitive DEI issues to create impactful solutions.
- Provide general and specific interpretation of DEI policies and guidelines and recommend development of new policies as needed.
- Compile, review and submit reports detailing employment statistics to governing bodies as required.
- Recommend best practices to address complex DEI issues advocating for best possible strategic approach and to ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement development opportunities affiliated with DEI, ensure these opportunities align with the organization's values and meet the needs of the targeted audience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to advance key initiatives.
- Lead DEI Council, DART, Employee Resource Groups and DEI initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with the recruiting department for outreach and talent attraction methods and philosophy.
- Partner with human resources in developing and sustaining an inclusive environment that equally engages employees in all stages of their employment experience.
- Establish organizational systems to improve efficiency while continuing to adapt to shifting priorities within the work environment.
- Partner with the learning and development department in the creation and implementation of the DEI Training Programs.
- Drive corporate change initiatives and deliver DEI programs for managing culture.
- Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
- Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.

Position Overview: The Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Program Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and implementing enterprise-wide DEI programs that support the goals and initiatives of the organization. This position will provide support and resources to enable the DEI Council and Diversity Acquisition and Retention Taskforce (DART) to engage the organization effectively, efficiently, and impactfully. SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years' work experience in DEI required.Experience focused on program development and project management strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing multiple high-risk, high-visibility, initiatives from definition through implementation.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelors' degree in business administration or related field and/or equivalent work experience with a focus on Diversity, Human Resource Management or Organizational Development required.
Knowledge: Proven, progressive experience in leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, and other related documents. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. Skilled at interacting with and influencing all levels of the organization. Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Environment: Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately less than 5% of the time.
