    Mantell Associates is an industry backed, multidiscipline global Life Science and Pharmaceutical headhunting firm focused on providing staffing solutions, in particular to the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Large Molecule, Cell & Gene Therapy, CRO & Clinical Operations, Small Molecule, and Life Science Consulting sectors with our headquarters based in the City of London, and offices in Miami and Zug.

    We are currently hiring for Team Leaders in line with Mantell Associates ambitious growth plans for 2024. This opportunity brings with it fast track career progression in a culture dedicated to your personal growth and success. This role will report directly into the Country MD giving you a clear reporting line, immediate support and reducing red tape.

    Team Leader - Responsibilities:

    • Working with HR Manager and CEO on team staffing requirements
    • Win new accounts through leveraging and maximising relationships
    • People management of the associates within your team managing and coaching your team, holding 121 development meetings and being a point of contact for questions or queries
    • Work closely with candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network
    • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies
    • Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
    • Track your market closely and demonstrate curiosity putting yourself in a strong position to unearth potential business leads and market information pertaining to current and potential clients

    Team Leader - Requirements:

    • Previous experience within the Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical recruitment space (Pharma & Biotech market knowledge is essential)
    • Track record of success in prior roles such as career advancement and progression, exceeding revenue goals
    • Previous line management experience in some capacity
    • Ability to embrace other business cultures and build relationships with all types of people
    • Ambitious, reliable, punctual, seeking continuous improvement for yourself and Mantell Associates
    • The ability to be resilient, work at significant pace in an ever-changing business environment and have perseverance during rejection
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and the ability to face challenges in a consultative, proactive manner whilst looking to identify a solution
    • Must be based in Miami or have a commutable journey to Miami
