We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for elevator customer service in the Munich area to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring proper maintenance and service
  • Being the first point of contact for customers regarding our service offerings
  • Taking over installed systems for service
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers and ordering materials
  • Managing a team of approximately 10 service technicians, including capacity and deployment planning
  • Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations
  • Supporting sales in creating quotes
  • Reviewing and approving performance records

Your profile:

  • Completed training in electronics or metalworking with a master's degree or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience and ideally first leadership experience
  • Customer and service orientation, as well as good communication skills in German
  • Cost and responsibility awareness
  • Strong problemsolving skills
