We are currently looking for several shift leaders (m/f/d) for our facility in Walkenried, starting as soon as possible


We offer:

An hourly wage of 20€ + additional pay (night shift, holiday, and Sunday bonuses)

Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the production capability of technical equipment
  • Professional leadership of employees, as well as coordination and monitoring of personnel deployment
  • Motivation and responsibility for employees
  • Optimization of processes and finding solutions to improve the reliability of your team
  • Assignment of work groups and tasks
  • Training of employees
  • Booking and storage of internal production

Your profile:


  • Experience in a leadership position is desirable, but not required
  • Independent, dedicated, and structured way of working
  • Experience in production
  • Resilience, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3shift system)
