- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
- Travel to client location (home, school, office or community setting) and provide structured face-to-face scheduled sessions to client based on the treatment plans
- Ensure that the majority of mental health services are primarily rendered in the community and ensure that limited services remain clinic based.
- Maintain a client caseload of 2 to 10 clients
- Attend supervision, training, and job shadowing sessions
- Serve as an intricate member of the SP team to ensure continuity of care and supports the services 24 hours a day, seven days per week as necessary
- Work collaboratively with and provide ongoing updates to the clinical team including psychiatrist as needed
- Completes and attest to completion of all mandatory training as identified in TRR
- Documentation completed within 48 hours of service.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to appropriately accept feedback through the supervision process - thus displaying the willingness to learn, grow, and improve
- Submit notes and reports timely (clinical notes, service log, mileage tracker, etc.)
- Well organized and adaptable
- Demonstrates good insight and judgment
