- Consistent referrals: opportunities to build a full clinical caseload within the first 3060 days
- Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAAcompliant telehealth platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide medication management services for clients as appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and current state licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of postlicensure clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions.
