- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement programs to enhance resident care and quality of life
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue generation
- Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff members

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in senior living or healthcare industry

- Must meet all State health requirements and Wisconsin requirements for Assisted Living Administrator current administrator licensure.
