About the Role:
In this role, you will administer, oversee, and direct the Fair and Responsible Banking program for the Bank and its subsidiaries, to ensure compliance with various consumer protection laws and regulations.
You will maintain a compliance management strategy that reduces risk, promotes operational efficiency, and fosters high quality customer service through implementation of the Bank's Compliance Program Standards.
+ Business development of new commercial client relationships.+ Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bankNew credit underwriting + Business development of current client relationships + Manages in-depth client relationships.
+ Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies + Manage and review client relationships + High level of awareness of banking industry and industry specific trends + Broad and demonstrated knowledge in other banking services offered by other Lines of Businesses to identify and offer qualified referrals.
+ Ensure all bank loan documentation is accurate & banks security interest in collateral is perfected. + Ensure timely processing of all credit requests & renewals.
