    Account Executive, Property Sales - Indianapolis, United States - teamworkonline

    Description
    Integrity 9 is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist in generating revenue across Integrity 9's property portfolio with a focus on the new professional volleyball team in Indianapolis. This position will be based in Indianapolis and will be responsible for an aggressive outbound sales effort, helping build the brand in the community and management of the day-to-day relationship. Responsibilities include the following:

    Property Sales
    • Generate sponsorship revenue locally, regionally, and nationally for the Indy Ignite
    • Researching industry trends and best practices to identify potential prospects
    • Aggressive outreach to brands (CEOs, Presidents, CMOs, etc.) on behalf of Integrity 9 properties and the Indy Ignite
    • Develop client relationships by closing sales and, generally, honoring obligations in a professional and timely fashion, providing outstanding service
    • Ensure a level of communication to deliver an excellent working relationship
    • Attend industry events and Indianapolis-specific business initiatives on behalf of Integrity 9 and the Indy Ignite
    • Detailed reporting on a weekly basis to the client and internal leadership team

    Property Management
    • Maintain meaningful relationships with your clients
    • Assist property in building out a creative deck and package building
    • Identify assets and work on strategy around an overall partnership approach
    • Manage inventory for the property to maximize revenue

    *Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications
    • Proven track record closing sponsorship deals
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2 or more years of sports marketing, sports sponsorship sales and/or relevant industry experience
    • Willing to travel with an easy route to/from Indianapolis
    • Loyalty and the ability to work with transparency in a team environment
    • Excellent people skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, and have a desire to learn
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
