- Retain clients by monitoring Medusind performance and overall account analysis.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to meet the needs of clients.
- Assess business practices and providing insight based on industry trends.
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes.
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- Medical Billing and Collections experience is Mandatory.
- Outstanding analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop a highly collaborative environment.
- Ability to interact knowledgeably with clients; demonstrated ability to work effectively with and support the needs of Clients.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Experience with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - required.
