The team acts as a genuine partner and consultant to all our business executives, collaborating with them to enhance the company's profitability and expansion.

    This role is within the Finance division of Staples Technology Solutions. The Senior Analyst I Credit & Collection will manage manual EDI invoicing, handle the configuration of various billing options such as summary billing, and bill complete. They will oversee the collection of all outstanding accounts receivables for a group of intricate customers, building effective relationships with Staples customers to facilitate the collection and reconciliation of past dues, focusing primarily on escalated accounts and highly challenging customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle EDI Invoicing uploads. Experience with EDI portals like Coupa, Ariba, Transcepta, Tungsten & Taulia is a bonus.
    • Configure Summary Billing & Bill Complete for clients with specific billing needs.
    • Manage the collection of outstanding ARs for a group of complex and escalated accounts.
    • Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Customers on EDI & Summary Billing processes and implementation.
    • Assist other Collection Analysts with new account escalations, providing support and feedback for timely resolution.
    • Work with Sales and Collectors on credit review and credit hold.
    • Handle accounts forwarded to 3rd Party collection agencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B Credit & Collections.
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong ability to manage timelines, think strategically, and make practical decisions.
    • Organized, proactive, self-motivated work style with a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills across functional areas.
    • Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
