    ** Position Description**

    **Institutional Equity Sales Representative - Algorithmic Sales** Location **NY - New York** Business Area **Equity Sales & Trading** Employment Type **Full Time** Piper Sandler is a leading middle market investment bank firm serving clients in the U.S. and internationally.     We are currently searching for a Senior Algorithmic Sales Representative to join our algorithmic sales team in Greenwich or New York. This individual must be experienced, highly motivated and client focused. Our team is expanding to handle its growing list of client opportunities. Piper Sandler is an industry leader in customizable and flexible algorithmic products which are highly regarded by our institutional clients.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Sales focused role responsible for driving new revenues through both new and existing clients

    Act as primary client relationship manager providing day to day coverage

    Ensure clients fully understand Pipers relevant algorithmic product offerings and provide regular updates

    Provide consultation for utilizing Pipers algorithms optimally

    Coordinate and facilitate trading desk visits and meetings

    Work closely with quantitative team and sales management on client needs, requirements and feedback

    Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business

    Work closely with primary sales coverage on introducing/enhancing Piper Sandlers algorithmic offerings

    **Requirements:**

    Extremely customer focused

    Highly motivated

    Excellent presentation skills

    Strong organization skills

    Consultative sales approach most strategies are customized to the clients needs

    Bachelors degree in business, communication, finance or other related role

    Strong buy-side relationships

    5+ years of experience working in the financial industry

    Series 7 & 63 registrations required

    Strong understanding of Equities market structure, ATSs, SDPs, TCA, competitive landscape and OMS/EMS platforms
