- Generates new business and specifically on Commercial / HOA annual
- Meets with customers to determine their needs and establish their budgets.
- Estimates accurate costs for the design and execution of the entire job.
- Develop proposals/contracts. Obtains proper signatures.
- Coordinates customer installation with other Fairfield Operations Team.
- Transition new accounts from sales to Account Managers
- Assists in managing crew members on the job site as needed
- Takes responsibility for collecting payments from customers both at job initiation (deposit) and job completion.
- Provides a weekly sales activity report and communicates all positive and negative feedback to the President.
- Demonstrates commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in business transactions.
- Delivers excellent consistent customer service and continually exhibits strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Improves knowledge, education, & industry awareness.
- Available for evening functions (i.e. Diners, events, HOA board meetings)
- Aspire Landscaping Software experience 1-3 years
preferred. - Adequate experience in a business environment 3+ years required.
- Excellent problem solving, organization and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to details even under pressure.
- Proficient in technology and general office equipment.
- Quick Learner.
- Independent and Team Player.
- Associate degree in business or any related field
Preferred. - Computer literate with knowledge of the current technology.
- Experience in Landscaping and Lawn Care Services

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
