To shake up the Carpet Cleaning sector, The Steam Police requires an innovative business approach, including a streamlined purchasing process tailored to today's savvy customers. As one of the pioneer sales representatives, your task will involve fine-tuning and enhancing the existing sales procedure in collaboration with a closely-knit team.

Sales opportunities will stem from your proactive outreach efforts, our established clientele, and leads sourced from various channels.

In this position, you will be expected to:

Be a workhorse: Embrace the startup mentality within this startup. The bar for performance, energy, and speed is set high.
Be a sales expert: The industry is counting on us to revamp their marketing approach. We aim to build on our achievements through innovative methods, value-driven propositions, and a highly dedicated sales force.
Be innovative: Continuous learning is key to understanding our target audience. We need individuals capable of conducting insightful discovery calls to evaluate our product-market alignment and convey market insights to our product team.
Be a closer: There is a substantial demand waiting to be tapped into. Your role is to convert prospects into satisfied Steam Police customers.

Required sales experience: Not mandatory, but 1+ years is beneficial.

Required education: No specific requirement, though a BS or BA degree is advantageous.
